To be laid before Parliament
Coming into operation 18th December 2003
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred upon him by Article 36H(1) and (2) of the Criminal Justice (Children) (Northern Ireland) Order 1998 and of every other power enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Rules:
