  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nArticle 25 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 40/94 of 20th December 1993, (O.J. No. L 11, 14.1.94, p.1) on the Community trade mark provides that applicants may be charged a fee for receiving and forwarding the applications to the Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market, where an application for a Community trade mark is filed at the central industrial property office of a member State. These Regulations enable the registrar of trade marks to charge such a fee for the making of applications for a Community trade mark by way of the Patent Office.",
