# The Community Trade Mark Regulations 1996, Regulation 1


(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Community Trade Mark Regulations 1996 and come into force on 14th August 1996.
(2) These Regulations extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
