The Secretary of State makes the following Regulations in exercise of the powers conferred by section 52 of the Trade Marks Act 1994f1:

1994 c. 26; section 47 was amended by SI 2004/946, section 53 was amended by SI 2004/2332, section 89 was amended by SI 2004/1473 and sections 90 and 91 were amended by the Commissioners for Revenue and Customs Act 2005 (c. 11). There are other amendments but none is relevant.
