# Companies Act 1967 (repealed), Section 91: Restriction of institution of proceedings in respect of offences under Part II.

Extent: E+W+S

Proceedings in respect of an offence under this Part of this Act shall not, in England or Wales, be instituted except by, or with the consent of, the Treasury, the Industrial Assurance Commissioner or the Director of Public Prosecutions.
