  "text": "(1) Any member of the company or other person may require a copy of the register, or of any part of it, on payment of such fee as may be prescribed.\n(2) The company shall cause any copy so required by a person to be sent to him within the period of 10 days beginning with the day after that on which the requirement is received by the company.",
