  "text": "(1) In this Part of this Schedule (which adapts certain requirements of this Act in relation to proceedings under section 381A)—\n(a) a “written resolution” means a resolution agreed to, or proposed to be agreed to, in accordance with that section, and\n(b) a “relevant member” means a member by whom, or on whose behalf, the resolution is required to be signed in accordance with that section.\n(2) A written resolution is not effective if any of the requirements of this Part of this Schedule is not complied with.",
