# Companies Act 1985, Paragraph 1

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

(1) In the directors’ remuneration report for a financial year (“the relevant financial year”) there shall be shown the information specified in Parts 2 and 3 below.
(2) Information required to be shown in the report for or in respect of a particular person shall be shown in the report in a manner that links the information to that person identified by name.
