# Companies Act 1985, Section 690B: Scope of sections 691 and 692.

Extent: E+W+S

Sections 691 and 692 shall not apply to any limited company which—
(a) is incorporated outside the United Kingdom and Gibraltar, and
(b) has a branch in the United Kingdom.
