  "text": "In this Order–\n(1) “the Act” means the Companies Act 1989;\n(2) “designated body” means the body known as the Professional Oversight Board for Accountancy established under the articles of association of The Professional Oversight Board for Accountancy Limited; and\n(3) “start date” means the date on which this Order comes into force.",
