  "text": "(1) Section 121 of the Financial Services Act 1986 (competition scrutiny: designated agencies) is amended as follows.\n(2) In subsection (1) for “rules, regulations” substitute “statements of principle, rules, regulations, codes of practice”.\n(3) In subsection (2)(a) and (c) for “rules or regulations made” substitute “statements of principle, rules, regulations or codes of practice issued or made”.\n(4) In subsection (3)(b) for “rules, regulations” substitute “statements of principle, rules, regulations, codes of practice”.\n(5) In subsection (4) for “rules or regulations” (twice) substitute “statements of principle, rules, regulations or codes of practice”.",
