In Part 1 of the Schedule (enforcement of consumer legislation: relevant enactments) to the Enterprise Act 2002 (Part 8 Domestic Infringements) Order 2003—
(a) omit the entry for the Business Names Act 1985;
(b) for the entry for the Companies Act 1985, substitute the following entries—
