# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 149


(1) In Schedule 15D of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (exceptions from prohibition of disclosure of information obtained in course of company investigation), in paragraph 1, for “Article 253C” substitute “ section 457 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
(2) The amendment made by this paragraph has effect in relation to disclosures for the purpose of enabling or assisting a person to exercise functions in relation to accounts for financial years beginning on or after 6th April 2008.
