# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 151


In Part 2 of Schedule 20D of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986 (delivery of reports and accounts: companies not required to make disclosure under parent law)—
(a) in paragraph 9—
(i) in the opening words, for “Articles 231 to 233” substitute “ Sections 390 to 392 of the Companies Act 2006 ”;
(ii) in paragraph (b), for “Article 233(4)” substitute “ section 392(3) ”;
(b) in paragraph 12(3), for “Article 233” substitute “ section 392 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
