  "text": "(1) Article 12 of the Aircraft and Shipbuilding Industries (Northern Ireland) Order 1979 (accounts and reports of principal companies) is amended as follows.\n(2) In paragraph (1)—\n(a) in sub-paragraph (a), for “Article 246 of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “ section 423 of the Companies Act 2006 ”;\n(b) in sub-paragraph (b), for “Article 249 of that Order” substitute “ section 437 of that Act ”.\n(3) In paragraph (2), in the closing words, for “the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1986” substitute “ the Companies Act 2006 ”.",
