# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 63


In section 103(7)(a) of the Companies Act 1985 (non-cash consideration for shares: definition of “arrangement”), for “section 425” substitute “ section 899 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
