# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 71


In section 162C of the Companies Act 1985 (treasury shares: voting and other rights), in subsection (3), for “meetings under section 425” substitute “ meetings summoned under section 896 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
