# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 86


In section 702 of the Companies Act 1985 (delivery to registrar of accounts and reports of oversea company), in subsection (4), for “section 225” substitute “ section 392 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
