# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 98: Gas Act 1986 (c.44)


In section 19E(1) of the Gas Act 1986 , in the definition of “accounting information”, for “section 221 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “ section 386 of the Companies Act 2006 ”.
