# The Companies Act 2006 (Consequential Amendments etc) Order 2008, Paragraph 14: Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1999 (c.20)


In paragraph 15(2) of Schedule 2 to the Commonwealth Development Corporation Act 1999 (application of provisions of company law: purposes for which Secretary of State or Treasury not to be treated as shadow director)—
(a) for sub-paragraph (c) substitute—
“(c) Chapter 3 of Part 10 of the Companies Act 2006 (declaration of interest in existing transaction or arrangement),”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (d) for “the Companies Act 2006” substitute “ that Act ”.
