A disclosure for the purpose of enabling or assisting the Minister for Economic Development to exercise functions under any of the following—
(a) the Bankruptcy Désastre (Jersey) Law 1990;
(b) the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991;
(c) the Financial Services (Jersey) Law 1998.
