  "text": "In this Part—\n“business” includes a profession;\n“initial” includes any recognised abbreviation of a name;\n“partnership” means—\n(a)a partnership within the Partnership Act 1890 (c. 39), or\n(b)a limited partnership registered under the Limited Partnerships Act 1907 (c. 24),\nor a firm or entity of a similar character formed under the law of a country or territory outside the United Kingdom;\n“surname”, in relation to a peer or person usually known by a British title different from his surname, means the title by which he is known.",
