  "text": "(1) For the purposes of this Part a person is taken to be interested in shares in which—\n(a) his spouse or civil partner, or\n(b) any infant child or step-child of his,\nis interested.\n(2) In relation to Scotland “infant” means a person under the age of 18 years.",
