# The Companies (Authorised Minimum) Regulations 2009, Regulation 2: Authorised minimum in euros


For the purposes of the definition of “the authorised minimum” in section 763(1), but subject to regulation 9, the amount in euros that is to be treated as equivalent to the sterling amount is [euro]57,100.
