Section 7 Short title, citation and extent

This Act may be cited as the Companies (Beneficial Interests) Act 1983.

(2)

This Act and the Companies Acts 1948 to 1981 may be cited together as the Companies Acts 1948 to 1983.

(3)

Except for section 6 above, this Act does not extend to Northern Ireland.
