  "text": "Notwithstanding the change of the name of the company, all deeds, instruments, purchases, sales, securities, and contracts before the passing of the special Act effecting the change made under any other Act, or with reference to the purposes thereof, shall be as effectual to all intents in favour of, against, and with respect to the company as if the name of the company had remained unchanged.",
