Regulation 5 Transitional provisions
Regulation 9 applies to particulars of orders made and leave granted under Part II of the Companies (Northern Ireland) Order 1989f1 received by the Secretary of State after the coming into force of these Regulations other than particulars of orders made and leave granted under that Order which relate to disqualification orders made by the courts of Northern Ireland before 2 April 2001.
