Regulation 5 Amendment of the Companies (Summary Financial Statement) Regulations 1995

In regulation 2(1) of the Companies (Summary Financial Statement) Regulations 1995^f1 (interpretation), for the definition of “EEA State” substitute—

• ““EEA State” has the meaning given by Schedule 1 to the Interpretation Act 1978;”.
