  "text": "Regulations made by the Secretary of State, laid before Parliament under section 708(2) of the Companies Act 1985, for approval by resolution of each House of Parliament within 28 days beginning with the day on which the regulations were made, subject to extension for periods of dissolution, prorogation or adjournment for more than four days.\nCOMPANIES\nMade 27th May 1995\nLaid before Parliament 6th June 1995\nComing into force 1st July 1995\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by section 708(1) and (2) of the Companies Act 1985 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
