  "text": "The Schedule to the 1991 Regulations is amended by:\n(a) substituting, in respect of the entries in the first column listed below, the sums set out below in relation to those entries for the sums specified in relation to those entries in the second column of the Schedule to the 1991 Regulations as follows:\n(i)\nentry 4\n£5.00\n(ii)\nentry 5\n£5.00\n(iii)\nentry 6\n£5.00\n(iv)\nentry 9(a)\n£5.00\n(v)\nentry 9(b)\n£8.00\n(vi)\nentry 9(c)\n£8.00\n(vii)\nentry 10(a)\n£5.00\n(viii)\nentry 10(b)\n£8.00\n(ix)\nentry 10(c)\n£8.00\n(x)\nentry 11(a)\n£5.00\n(xi)\nentry 11(b)\n£8.00\n(xii)\nentry 12(b)\n£5.00 plus £1.00 for each document supplied\n(xiii)\nentry 13(a)\n£9.00\n(xiv)\nentry 15(a)\n£9.00\n(xv)\nentry 16(b)\n£4.00 per copy of the information in relation to the branch or undertaking available on a computer terminal.\n(xvi)\nentry 19(a)\n£25.00\n(xvii)\nentry 19(b)(i)\n£25.00\n(xviii)\nentry 20(a)\n£25.00;\n(b) inserting after entry 7 in the first column of the Schedule to the 1991 Regulations and the sum specified in relation to that entry in the second column of that Schedule the following entry and sum:\n“\n7A For paper copies of original documents, other than a list of members, delivered at an office of the registrar relating to one branch or undertaking not recorded and kept by the registrar in the form of a microfiche copy, per document\n£7.00\n”;\n(c) substituting for entries 17(a) and (b) in the first column of the Schedule to the 1991 Regulations and the sums specified in relation to that entry in the second column of that Schedule the following entries and sums:\n“\n17 For a paper copy of the index–\n(a) delivered at an office of the registrar, per page\n£1.00\n(b) delivered by post\n£4.00 for the first page plus £1.00 for each additional page supplied\n”; and\n(d) inserting after entry 20A in the first column of the Schedule to the 1991 Regulations and the sum specified in relation to that entry in the second column of the entry the following entry and sum:\n“\n20B For the registration of a charge under Chapters I and II of Part XII per entry on a register of charges kept by the registrar in respect of a company or oversea company\n£10.00\n”.",
