  "text": "The Schedule to the Companies (Fees) Regulations 1991 is amended by:\n(a) substituting, in respect of the entries in the first column listed below, the sums set out below in relation to those entries for the sums specified in relation to those entries in the second column of the Schedule to those Regulations as follows:\n(i)\nentry 4\n£6.50\n(ii)\nentry 5\n£6.50\n(iii)\nentry 9(a)\n£6.50\n(iv)\nentry 9(b)\n£9.50\n(v)\nentry 9(c)\n£9.50\n(vi)\nentry 10(a)\n£6.50\n(vii)\nentry 10(b)\n£9.50\n(viii)\nentry 10(c)\n£9.50\n(ix)\nentry 11(a)\n£10.00\n(x)\nentry 11(b)\n£13.00\n(xi)\nentry 12(b)\n£6.50 plus £1.00 for each copy document supplied.\n(b) deleting entry 6 in the first column of the Schedule to the 1991 Regulations and the sum specified in relation to that entry in the second column of that Schedule.",
