# The Companies (Fees) (Amendment) Regulations 2002, Introduction: Introductory text

Coming into force 1st April 2002
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by section 708(1) and (2) of the Companies Act 1985, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
