Regulation 2
The Schedule to the Companies (Fees) Regulations 1991f1 is amended by:
(a)
substituting, in respect of the entries in the first column below, the sums set out below in relation to those entries for the sums specified in relation to those entries in the second column of the Schedule to those Regulations as follows:

| (x) | entry 11(b) | £15.50 |
| (xi) | entry 12(b) | £9.00 plus £1.00 for each document supplied |
