  "long_title": "These Regulations replace the Companies (Fees) Regulations 1991, as amended. They provide for a revised scale of fees to be payable to the registrar of companies with effect from 1st February 2005. Provision has been included for certain fees previously determined administratively by the registrar. The fees cover functions of the registrar, including those in relation to the registration of companies, the delivery to the registrar of documents relating to companies (including oversea companies), registration of charges and the dissemination of information relating to companies.",
