Paragraph 4 Appointments and charges

At the option of the applicant, either or both of the following sets of particulars—

(a)

particulars of the directors and secretary of the company;

(b)

particulars of charges registered in respect of the company;

except that an applicant using electronic information service can not elect to have only the particulars under (b).
