  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations prescribe an amended Form 88(2) for the purposes of section 88(2) of the Companies Act 1985, with effect from 23rd September 1999. It replaces Form 88(2) prescribed by the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 (the 1999 Regulations), which is revoked. The only amendment to the form is to make clear in what circumstances details must be given of the allotment of shares which are allotted as fully or partly paid up otherwise than in cash.\nThe former Form 88(2) prescribed by the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1988 was revoked by regulation 3 of the 1999 Regulations, but can continue to be used for returns delivered to the registrar of companies before 13th September 2000.",
