# The Companies (Forms) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 1999, Regulation 2


(1) Form 88(2) in the Schedule to these Regulations, with such variations as circumstances require, is a form prescribed for the purposes of section 88(2) of the Companies Act 1985.
(2) Form 88(2) in the Schedule to the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1999 is hereby revoked.
