Regulation 1 Citation, commencement and interpretation

These regulations may be cited as the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1986 and shall come into force on 29th December 1986.

(2)

In these regulations—

  • “the Act” means the Companies Act 1985; and

  • “the principal regulations” means the Companies (Forms) Regulations 1985.
