Regulation 2

In these Regulations:

• “the 1985 Act” means the Companies Act 1985^f1;

• “the 1985 Regulations” means the Companies (Forms) Regulations (1985)^f2;

• “the 1990 Regulations” means the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1990^f3;

• “the 1990 (No. 2) Regulations” means the Companies (Forms Amendment No. 2 and Company’s Type and Principal Business Activities) Regulations 1990^f4; and

• “the 1991 Regulations” means the Companies (Forms) (No. 2) Regulations 1991^f5.
