# The Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1996, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 5th March 1996
Coming into force 1st April 1996
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 224(2), 225(1) and (2), 701 and 744 of the Companies Act 1985 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
