These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1996 and shall come into force on 1st April 1996.

(2)

In these Regulations—

  • “the 1985 Act” means the Companies Act 1985; and

  • “the 1990 Regulations” means the Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1990f1.
