  "text": "COMPANIES\nMade 9th July 1998\nComing into force 3rd August 1998\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 287(3), 288(2) and 744 of the Companies Act 1985, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
