# The Companies (Forms) (Amendment) Regulations 1998, Regulation 2


Forms 287(I), 288ab(I) and 288c(I) in the Schedule to these Regulations, with such variation as circumstances require, are additional forms prescribed for the purposes of sections 287(3) and 288(2) of the Companies Act 1985.
