  "text": "COMPANIES\nMade 7th March 2002\nComing into force 2nd April 2002\nThe Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on her by sections 10(2), 288(2), 363(2), 691(1)(b), 692(1), and 744 and paragraphs 1, 4A(d), 7(1), 9(1)(b), 9(2) and 9(4) of Schedule 21A of the Companies Act 1985, and of all other powers enabling her in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:",
