# The Companies (Forms) (No. 2) Regulations 1995, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 31st May 1995
Coming into force 1st July 1995
The Secretary of State, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 652A(2), 652D(6) and 744 of the Companies Act 1985 and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:
