  "text": "(This note is not part of the Regulations)\nThese Regulations enable companies to use annual return form 363s,which was prescribed by the Companies (Forms Amendment No. 2 andCompany’s Type and Principal Business Activities) Regulations 1990, tonotify:\n(a) the place where any register of debenture holders or duplicate ofsuch a register is kept, and any change in that place, and\n(b) the place where the register of members is kept and any change inthat place.",
