# The Companies Registration Office (Fees) Order 1963, Article 1


All fees payable to the Registrar of Companies in his capacity as Registrar of Companies, except fees in respect of proceedings in the winding-up of companies the method of collection of which is directed by the Companies (Board of Trade) Fees Order 1929 or any Order amending or replacing the same, shall be collected in money.
