  "text": "This Order directs that fees payable to the Registrars of Companies in their capacity as Registrars of Companies in England and Scotland (except fees in respect of winding-up proceedings) should be collected in money, and not as previously in stamps. It revokes as to these fees S.R. & O. 1901/71 which directed collection in stamps only and S.I. 1962/1093 which directed collection in England in either money or stamps.",
