Regulation 2 Memorandum of association

For the purposes of section 8 of the Act—

(a)

the memorandum of association of a company having a share capital shall be in the form set out in Schedule 1; and

(b)

the memorandum of association of a company not having a share capital shall be in the form set out in Schedule 2.
