  "text": "(1) This Order may be cited as the Companies (Striking Off) (Electronic Communications) Order 2014 and comes into force on 11 July 2014.\n(2) In this Order—\n“the 2006 Act” means the Companies Act 2006; and\n“the 2009 Regulations” means the Limited Liability Partnerships (Application of Companies Act 2006) Regulations 2009.",
